Watermelon Lemonade

One of the easiest and most delicious ways to eat watermelon is to blend it into a beverage. It’s so water rich that you barely have to blend it at all and it turns into a delicious juice. Any blender will do!

Mix with the tart juice of lemons or limes to enhance the natural sweetness of the watermelons.

It is peak watermelon season right now, and nothing quenches thirst quite like this juice!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon flesh
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour over ice and serve garnished with mint.
