White Pepper Salsa

Serves: ½ cup
- 8 small white chile peppers
- juice of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Blend the peppers together with the lime juice, salt and olive oil in a blender until smooth. Fold in the green onions by hand.
