Banana Strawberry "Ice Cream"
  • 3 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 6-8 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup almond or cashew milk
For Garnish:
  • 1 fresh banana, chopped
  • 2-3 strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon buckwheat groats
  • 1 shredded dry coconut
  1. Place the frozen bananas and strawberries in a food processor and purée until smooth. Place in 2 bowls immediately and garnish with fresh chopped fruit, bee pollen, buckwheat and dry coconut.
