Smooth and creamy with coconut, bright and tart from acai, this smoothie is a delicious way to start your day!
  • 1 cup frozen young Thai coconut meat
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ cup filtered water or coconut water (+ more if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 package frozen açaí purée
  1. To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if you like a thinner smoothie or if you need to help the blender work more smoothly.
