Pineapple Strawberry Sorbet

  • 16 oz. frozen pineapple
  • 2-4 Tablespoons coconut milk (+ more as needed)
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries
  1. Add the frozen pineapple, fresh strawberries and coconut milk to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. If you want to save some for later, store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
