  • 3 leaves kale
  • 3 leaves romaine
  • 1 banana
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ¼ cup each cilantro and parsley
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup ice
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch cinnamon
