Ingredients
1 cup frozen young Thai coconut meat
1 banana, peeled
½ cup filtered water or coconut water (+ more if needed)
1 tablespoon vanilla vegan protein powder
1 package frozen açaí purée
Instructions
To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if you like a thinner smoothie or if you need to help the blender work more smoothly.
