Strawberry Gelato

Serves: 1 quart
- ½ pint fresh strawberries
- 1 cups agave
- 1 cups cashews, soaked 2 hrs. and rinsed
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Blend everything until smooth and process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
